Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing cost accounting operations and driving financial efficiency through in-depth analysis and collaboration with our teams in Japan. Fluency in Japanese is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and analyze material transactions.
• Collaborate with our teams in Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for managing production costs effectively.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accurate verification upon completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other assigned costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
