Senior Development Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Development Officer to join Enterprise Community Partners. As part of our team, you will collaborate with program staff to formulate fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with funders, and contribute to our mission of creating affordable housing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in Enterprise's mission and programs to shape fundraising strategies.
• Work with program staff to develop compelling proposals for potential funders.
• Establish relationships with local, regional, and national funders.
• Organize meetings, events, and tours with prospects and funders.
• Write and submit grant proposals, reports, and stewardship documents.
• Create customized funder proposals and impact reports.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with funders in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of foundation and corporate fundraising experience.
• Proven track record of securing significant gifts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
