Job Description
Ingersoll Machine Tools Inc is seeking a creative and highly motivated Senior Manager of Manufacturing to join our team. As a global leader in advanced machine tools for aerospace, transportation, and energy industries, we manufacture cutting-edge metal removal, automated composite placement, and 3D printing machines.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations and engineering with executive leadership.
- Provide technical expertise and project support to close deals.
- Implement lean and ISO manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and define KPIs for manufacturing efficiency.
- Create technical training programs for employee growth.
- Develop short and long-term strategies to achieve competitive advantages.
Skills & Qualifications
- Highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience.
