Job Description

The Server position at Silver Diner Development, LLC is a vital role responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, generating sales, and ensuring food & beverage orders are served accurately and promptly. As a Server, you will play a key part in showcasing the Silver Diner brand to our valued guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by greeting guests promptly, delivering orders correctly, and suggesting additional items.
• Accurate POS handling including order entry, payment collection, and change delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ensure a clean and organized work station.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills, excellent communication, and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task, think quickly, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, legal age for serving alcohol, and physical stamina to perform tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Previous restaurant industry experience is advantageous.
