Job Description

Join Silver Diner Development, LLC as a Server where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, taking food and drink orders accurately, and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate orders and ensure all items are delivered correctly.
• Suggestively upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station according to company standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Strong aptitude for guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Must meet all scheduling requirements, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This role involves a physically demanding environment, including handling food, lifting heavy objects, and standing for long periods. Applicants must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
