Server - Full time and part time positions available

Job Description

The Server is the key Associate in delivering the Silver Diner brand to our guests. You are responsible for providing Silver Diner hospitality to our guests, generating sales, delivering food & beverage orders and properly handling POS functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives outstanding service, including greeting within 30 seconds of being seated.
• Deliver 100% correct orders and suggestively sell to every guest.
• Accurately handle POS functions and account for all guests at your tables.
• Maintain knowledge of all food & beverage specs and keep station clean and stocked.

Brand Delivery

• Maintain a positive attitude, uphold uniform standards, and deliver the Silver Diner Brand experience.

Cost Balancing

• Effectively handle sales, cash, and self-service items.

Performance Measures

• Achieve positive sales growth and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop strong guest relationships and receive high guest ratings.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional aptitude for Guest Service, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, intense environment.
