Job Description
The Server is a crucial team member at Silver Diner, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. This role involves generating sales, accurately handling orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Accurately take and enter orders, suggestively sell, and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station, follow brand standards, and complete all assigned tasks efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
- Exceptional guest service skills, excellent communication, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet scheduling requirements.
Physical Requirements
This role involves working with food, standing for long hours, lifting, and operating in a high-paced, physically demanding setting. Candidates must be capable of handling the physical demands of the job.
