The Server position at Silver Diner Development LLC is vital in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, driving sales, handling orders efficiently, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by promptly greeting and serving guests.
• Ensure accurate order taking, suggestive selling, and timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Adhere to POS procedures for order entry, payment collection, and maintaining accurate guest checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, complete side work tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Uphold Silver Diner's brand standards, embody a positive attitude, and prioritize guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills, strong communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
