Job Description

The Server plays a crucial role in delivering the Silver Diner brand to our guests. This position is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, generating sales, delivering food and beverage orders accurately, and efficiently handling POS functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service for every guest by greeting promptly, taking accurate orders, and suggesting additional items.
• Ring in orders promptly, deliver checks, and expedite table turnover.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at your station and assist the team as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment by communicating effectively and working collaboratively.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and sense of urgency.

Physical Requirements
