Job Description

The Server is responsible for delivering the Silver Diner brand experience to guests by providing outstanding service, generating sales, and handling POS functions. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests promptly, ensuring accurate orders, and suggesting menu items.
• Ring in orders accurately and handle payment transactions efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and deliver food & beverages according to company standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet scheduling requirements.
