Job Description

The Server plays a crucial role in delivering the Silver Diner brand to guests by providing exceptional hospitality, generating sales, and ensuring food & beverage orders are accurately handled. As a Server, you are responsible for creating an outstanding dining experience for every guest through attentive service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by greeting guests promptly, accurately taking orders, and delivering orders in a timely manner.
• Actively promote menu items and ensure guest satisfaction through personalized service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complete side work as assigned, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to uniform standards, follow POS procedures, and handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server or Bartender preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills, strong communication abilities, and a friendly, energetic personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Compliance with schedule requirements and physical demands of the role.

Physical Requirements

The position involves handling food items, standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in varying temperatures. Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
