We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor (Nights) to join Charter Next Generation (CNG) in Superior, WI. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee production lines, ensuring quality output and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned production lines.
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve production goals.
• Ensure safe work practices and maintenance standards.
• Analyze production reports and adjust schedules for efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to work night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems.
