Site Lean Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a Site Lean Leader to join GE Aviation's Norwich, NY manufacturing site. As a Lean Leader, you will drive lean transformation, champion continuous improvement, and facilitate lean education and training for manufacturing operations teams. This role involves implementing lean methodologies, leading Kaizens, and fostering a culture of change and servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes to implement lean practices in operational areas.
• Support kaizen promotion offices in re-engineering processes for efficiency.
• Champion lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead Kaizens, daily management, and Lean transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with lean manufacturing strategies.
• Minimum of 5 years in lean manufacturing and 3 years leading teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information

This position offers a competitive salary range of $111,700 - $186,200 per year and various benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and more.
