Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, you will be providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. The main focus will be on addressing a range of issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) with a preference for a Master's degree and professional certifications such as LCSW-C or LGSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Address various challenges including financial concerns and discharge planning.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW).
• Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C preferred.
• LGSW certification.
