Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing a wide range of emotional and practical challenges, such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, end-of-life counseling, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
