Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a full-time member of our Allied Health department, you will be based at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, working the day shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families, addressing a diverse range of challenges related to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, medical understanding, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
