Job Description

In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to patients and families, addressing a wide range of social and emotional concerns. Responsibilities

• Offer psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Provide counseling on medical procedures, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C certification is a plus.
• LGSW certification is preferred.
