Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the compassionate team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required. Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
