Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, one of the largest healthcare providers in Maryland. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various challenges related to adjustment, relationships, aging, and end-of-life counseling.
Sign-On Bonus Potential: $15,000
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Assist with financial concerns and discharge planning.
- Provide counseling on a range of social and emotional issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred; LGSW required.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
