Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer counseling to patients and their families on various common issues. Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide clinical social work services.
- Address patient and family concerns related to institutional living, financial matters, family relationships, medical procedures, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.
