Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an essential member of the Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. The role involves addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW).
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
