Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join the LifeBridge Health team. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital involves providing essential clinical social work services to patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to patients and families on various issues.
- Assist with discharge planning and support patients with end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree is preferred.
- LCSW-C certification strongly preferred; LGSW certification required.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous.
