Job Description

LifeBridge Health is looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families, addressing a range of common challenges, from adjustment issues to end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
  • Address common patient and family concerns, including adjustment difficulties and discharge planning.
  • Offer counseling on various issues related to healthcare, aging, and end-of-life care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
  • LCSW-C preferred; LGSW certification required.
