Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, focusing on a range of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, family relationships, and discharge planning. If you are a compassionate professional with a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) and preferably a Master's degree, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Address various concerns including financial, family relationships, and discharge planning.
- Support patients in coping with medical diagnoses, procedures, and life changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW).
