In this full-time role based in Baltimore, MD, you will be a vital part of the healthcare team at Levindale Hospital, providing essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. This position offers a competitive salary with a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to address various patient and family needs.
• Assess and assist with common issues like adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Offer counseling and support for end-of-life care and other difficult situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
• Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.
