SOCIAL WORKER

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a member of our Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families facing various challenges. This full-time position offers day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common problems such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life care.
• Assist with discharge planning and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required. Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C preferred. LGSW certification is a plus.
• Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills.
