LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital. This full-time position offers day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families.
Job Summary:
The Social Worker will address common challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging issues, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling. The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), with a preference for a Master's degree. LCSW-C and LGSW certifications are advantageous.
