Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health. As a full-time Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Address common problems including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
