Job Summary

As a Social Worker, you will address common issues faced by patients and families, such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, and more. Your role is pivotal in providing support, discharge planning, and counseling to individuals dealing with medical conditions and end-of-life matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW).
• Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C certification preferred.
• LGSW certification.
