Social Worker
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm with a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000.
Summary
As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, counseling related to medical diagnoses and procedures, discharge planning, and end-of-life support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
