Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, one of the largest healthcare providers in Maryland. As a Social Worker, you will provide essential clinical services to patients and their families, addressing various challenges and providing support in crucial areas such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common issues related to medical diagnoses, aging, discharge planning, and loss.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C certification preferred.
• LGSW certification.
