Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing a variety of common challenges related to health, aging, family dynamics, and end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Assist with financial concerns and discharge planning.
- Provide counseling on issues like aging, powerlessness, and grief.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
