Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, one of Maryland's leading healthcare providers. As a Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical services to patients and their families, offering support and guidance on various social and emotional issues. This is a full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, offering a competitive sign-on bonus potential of $15,000.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services, including psychosocial assessments.
- Address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, family relationships, and discharge planning.
- Offer counseling on topics like aging, powerlessness, and end-of-life matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
