Job Description

As a Social Worker in the hospital setting, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, and counseling related to medical issues, aging, powerlessness, discharge planning, and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
