SOCIAL WORKER

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to medical conditions and end-of-life issues.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address common problems faced by patients and their families.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide counseling on end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C preferred.
• LGSW certification.
