Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our compassionate team at LifeBridge Health. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a variety of challenges and concerns. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
- Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
- Offer counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required. Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
