SOCIAL WORKER

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a member of our Allied Health staff at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents. Your responsibilities will focus on addressing various common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, coping with medical conditions, aging-related challenges, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C certification preferred.
• LGSW certification.
