Social Worker
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join the LifeBridge Health team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Allied Health department, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various challenges and concerns they may encounter.
Responsibilities
- Offer psychosocial support and counseling to patients and families.
- Assist with discharge planning and end-of-life counseling.
- Address issues related to aging, financial matters, and family dynamics.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required. Master's degree is preferred.
- LCSW-C certification is highly desirable.
- LGSW certification is required.
