Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a range of common challenges. This full-time position is based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Offer support and counseling to patients and families facing various struggles.
- Assist with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred; LGSW certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
