Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health, located in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital. As a full-time Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. This includes addressing issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, understanding medical procedures, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on death and dying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required. Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW qualification is necessary.
