Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges they may face. This full-time position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, offers a day shift schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Join us in making a positive impact on patients' lives and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families.
- Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
- Offer counseling related to death and dying, discharge planning, and powerlessness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW). Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
