Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide essential clinical services to patients/residents and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Offer psychosocial assessments and clinical services to patients and families.
• Address issues related to aging, discharge planning, and death and dying.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C certification preferred.
• LGSW certification.
