Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time member of our Allied Health team, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families facing various challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to address a range of common problems such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and offer counseling related to death and dying.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients/residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred; LGSW certification necessary.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
