Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
- Address adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling.
- Assist with discharge planning and other related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred, LGSW required.
- Ability to work day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
