Job Description

LifeBridge Health is currently seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our dynamic team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a range of common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
• Address common psychosocial challenges related to health care.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW); Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C certification preferred.
• LGSW certification.
