Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker I/P Psych-LCSW-C to join our team at LifeBridge Health, located in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day shift hours. As a Social Worker, you will play a key role in coordinating psychosocial assessment and discharge planning for inpatient psychiatric patients, providing essential support to meet individual needs from pre-admission to post-discharge.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource to patients/clients, utilizing community and health care resources for optimal support.
• Facilitate quality resource utilization, including length of stay and level of care considerations.
• Participate in unit or departmental work groups and meetings to showcase leadership skills.
• Supervise MSW interns as a field instructor.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Maryland Licensure LCSW-C or LCPC.
