Responsibilities
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best development practices.
- Lead architecture decisions and participate in design, code review, and implementation.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
- Proven experience in designing and scaling new and existing systems.
- Prior experience as a mentor or engineering team lead.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
