Software Development Engineer - Amazon EC2 Networking
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our newly formed EC2 Networking team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of the team, you will lead efforts to empower rapid analysis for peta-scale EC2 network and enhance highly available control & distribution plane services.
Responsibilities
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Lead architecture decisions, design reviews, and implementation activities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, propose new solutions, and collaborate with management and the development team.
- Engage with users, technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements and define product features.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
