Job Description
Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the newly formed EC2 Networking team. In this role, you will lead a team working on a new business initiative to enhance EC2 network analysis and provide critical network connectivity services.
Responsibilities
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure proper development practices.
- Lead architecture decisions, participate in design and code reviews.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive their adoption.
- Communicate with users, technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements and define product features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Experience in design and architecture of scalable systems.
- Prior exposure to mentoring or leading engineering teams.
