Software Training Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified Software Training Coordinator to work on-site at naval concentration centers in San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA, or Washington, DC. As a Software Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Department of Navy's digital transformation initiatives and ensuring effective fleet engagement and training.

Responsibilities

• Liaison for planning and execution of Fleet engagements and software systems for Fleet introduction, assessment, and training.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to improve engagement processes.
• Develop a comprehensive System of Systems training plan.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and address engagement gaps.
• Stay informed about evolving plans and new capabilities in the Navy sector.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance; eligibility for DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• 5-10 years of planning and executing Fleet Engagement and Training Events.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
• Familiarity with NAVIFOR, Platform TYCOMs, and Navy Mission Planning applications.
• Experience with Navy radars, sensors, warfare systems preferred.

Travel Requirements

• Potential travel of up to 25% to Naval facilities around the CONUS.
